How Healing Comes About

Hi and welcome, here I share a channelled message from my inner guides about healing. Enjoy.

Ailments, illness and dis-ease come from disharmony. You always have inner guidance flowing forward, guiding you forward toward your inner desires.

Let’s explain this more and put it into the plainest text we can. You have a higher self or an inner self, if you will. You are one with all that is. Everything one, everything connected. You are one with the source energy of all. You are not in space nor time, you are not experiencing a linear reality. You are projecting reality. You are a unique aspect. You are a piece of source. Source (your true self) has chosen to express itself in these unique experiences you call your life. Your reality and your perspective are unique. Every moment is new. You have new desires constantly. Your desires drive you, as source, forward in experience. Source just is. Duality, it and not it, allow it to experience itself. Source cannot know itself without becoming dual. Me and not me, this and that, here and there. Up and down, left and right, good and bad, right and wrong. Fear and love.

As source has created duality to experience itself, it enjoys experience, each experience keeps becoming more complex and therefore creates a brand new experience never felt before by source. This is why your experiences are complex, with layered feelings and emotions.

Who You Are

So now you know, you are one with source but what you may not realise is that you are far more than just you being expressed by source. You are you, here in a physical body so you can have physical experiences as well as experiencing through your thought and emotions and you also have your higher self. Your higher self is an aspect of you, similar to your emotions. Sometimes it may seem that your thoughts and emotions don’t match up and then if you tap into your inner intuition (your higher self) that almost seems like it is also doing it’s own thing. So you feel an incongruence between your thought, emotion and intuition. However, what is happening when you notice this is your intuition is correct, correct being what you most desire deep within, because there is no absolute truth, only the one you choose. Your thought is based on past experience so therefore is not relevant for now and your emotion is based around fear of either repeating something undesired from the past or creating something undesired in the future.

Each experience is its own unique moment. The past does not matter and your feared future is often based on the past or an experience someone else had. When you think and feel these types of thoughts that come from fear, they feel bad. For example a fear of things not working out, a fear of things going wrong and feeling as if they’re wrong feels bad. This bad feeling is your inner guidance telling you this fear is not real.

If you were to tap into your intuition you would sense peace, harmony, freedom and joy. Your truth is your joy, defined by you.

Why Your Body Becomes Unwell

When you think thoughts that feel bad, like believing you’re unsafe, trapped or bogged down with tasks you don’t enjoy, your higher self is letting you know these thoughts are untrue. You are safe, you are free. You are energy manifesting an illusion of reality.

However, if you ignore these signals from your higher self, eventually the signal gets louder or more obvious for you and comes out in your body as an ailment or disease (dis-ease). For example lower back problems represent financial stress and feeling unsafe. The entire back represents support, either you not feeling supported or you feeling as though you’re taking on too much support.

A simple internet search can assist you in understanding your ailment, you can look for Louise Hay’s list of mental and emotional causes of illness or simply search for spiritual meaning of [illness]. Take what resonates with you and meditate on shifting your thoughts and emotions. If you’re struggling to pinpoint your ailment you can look at what particular areas of the body represent or if it resonates, look at chakras. What resonates with you will depend on you and your current personal experience.

The way to Healing

You are always being guided but don’t think you are in the dark, blindly following. You’re higher self, who is a part of you, chooses overall themes for your life and it is up to you how you choose to explore those. There is no right or wrong way, only your unique way which you naturally flow with anyway. Only you perceive as you perceive and only you experience as you experience. With your free will you flow forward in ways you choose and your inner guidance system of emotions and ailments are simply letting you know that you are choosing a path you actually don’t desire. Because you have free will, you have the ability to keep choosing it. There is no judgement about that as you are the guiding force of your own reality, exploring reality in a way never experienced before.

Oftentimes when you have a small ailment like a slight ache or a cold, you will look up the spiritual meaning, see the beliefs and emotions causing it and it will already start to ease because as you see it, you will see that it is not true. This is even true for ailments that you may define as big. It is a shift in your perspective that will allow the body to heal. You will know your thoughts are in alignment with your true inner desires when they feel good to you. You may read up on an ailment and have an epiphany, giving you a sense of deep truth, relief and overall peace.

Of course, each person’s healing journey will be different. Allow yourself to be guided to the healing modalities that will work with you. Do this by first shifting from the thought of “I can’t heal” to “I can heal and I am healed”. Imagine yourself well. If you’ve found affirmations to say based upon your research of the spiritual meaning of your particular ailment, repeat them until they are your truth. Watch what happens as you say the affirmations regularly to yourself, not only will you heal but your life will transform. If a particular action feels inspired, do it. It could be meditating or seeing a professional healer or it may be something that doesn’t even seem related like reading a book or watching a movie. Each divinely inspired action will be beneficial to you and you will know it’s divinely inspired because you will want to do it. It will feel exciting or you will feel like you love the idea of doing it. It will be the thing you most want to do in the moment. You may find for example that you feel like watching a comedy that seems nothing to do with your current affliction only to find a line in the movie brings the epiphany you’ve needed.

Often, the journey of healing is about far more than healing the ailment, it’s about transformation, growth, expansion and experience. You may have defined your ailment as negative in the beginning but as you flow forward on your path to healing you will experience epiphanies, awakenings and transformation within yourself. You will let go of beliefs that no longer serve you, you will come to new found truths which will echo throughout your whole life, touching every aspect of your existence. Your perspective of each part of your reality will shift and change bringing you into a new state of being and a new way of living and looking at life.

In hindsight, you will be grateful for your ailment and the growth the healing journey allowed in you and your life.

You will let go of the old and allow in the new. You will be renewed and transcend your old self.

Steps To Healing
  1. Ask yourself these questions to identify where you may be stuck
    • Are you identifying yourself with your ailment? Eg. “I am ill” vs “I have an illness”
    • Do you have a belief that you’ve always had this ailment and you always will?
    • Do you have a belief that your particular ailment is incurable?
    • Do you believe that your particular ailment needs a diagnosis or a label before you can heal? Could it be that you are experiencing symptoms based on your thoughts and emotions rather than it being surface symptoms of something worse?
    • Are you afraid of your ailment?
  2. Once you’ve identified the above, write out affirmations which transcend them. For example if you believe you will always have this ailment you could write an affirmation such as “I am an infinite being, manifesting and creating reality. Wellness is natural to me and I know that as I align myself to wellbeing, my body aligns.”
  3. Identify the thoughts and feelings associated with the ailment and write out affirmations to transcend them. For example if you have a sore lower back due to financial stress and feeling unsafe you could write “I am the creator of my reality. I am always safe. Abundance and prosperity flow naturally for me, I always have my needs met, all is well.” You may like to write a list of affirmations along these lines for yourself.
  4. Repeat your affirmations daily and even write new ones.
  5. Follow your divine guidance, take action on what feels most exciting to you.
  6. Practice awareness and look for any thoughts that are out of alignment. Take notice of how you are shifting and changing with your affirmations.
  7. Reframe your perspective of your affliction and perceive that it is guiding you down a path of transformation.
