Allow Your Inner Feelings
A short guide on how to let go of your old negative thoughts that are subconsciously hindering you.
If you've arrived on this page, this oracle message is for you.

You’re currently living a life where all is well on the outside, mostly. You bask in appreciation of all that you love, you take notice of all that you have to be grateful for and there’s even a part of you that sometimes thinks you should be more grateful. You can think of so many wonderful things; things you feel lucky about, things you deliberately manifested, but of course, there are things you don’t like. You feel guilty complaining and so ignore it and practice gratitude instead, you focus your mind elsewhere. However, you’re not entirely succeeding at focusing only on that which you appreciate. The things you don’t like niggle and nag at you in your mind or so it seems, as you are always the thinker and whether aware or not, you always choose your thoughts. These aspects of your life you dislike sit in your mind as darkness staring straight at you, it’s heavy and weighs on your mind.
What you haven’t fully realised is that pushing away these thoughts is only pushing them down and trying to ignore them only leaves them sitting in the corner of your mind. The thought pops up or even just the feeling. You try to be positive about these things but the negative thoughts and feelings keep rising. You practice positive thinking; gratitude and affirmations but when you relax and allow the thoughts, there they are.

Allowing and owning the thought is not only okay but it’s much more beneficial than trying not to be negative. Sit with the thought. Just simply allow it with curiosity. Ask yourself, how do I believe this thought is benefiting me? Take some time here. Allow any answer even if you don’t like it at first. If an answer arises that doesn't quite make sense to you, ask of the answer, how is this benefiting me? Stay aware and present without judgement. You may be bringing up subconscious thoughts that when brought to your conscious awareness seem off from who you believe yourself to be. This eye opening experience sheds light on the dark and you may notice you choose to think and believe negatively because you subconsciously believe it is somehow benefiting you. Allowing the thought, bringing it to the surface and shedding light on it is empowering and is the true way to let it go. Some of these thoughts you will re-work and actually find them to be positive for you and others you will let go completely.
Acceptance and allowing is the key to letting go.
